Shui Dao means “Way of Water”. Water, as ancient Chinese wisdom teaches us, is soft and yielding, but wins over all that is hard and rigid. In this treatment we will therefore allow it to flow, through specific massages with active manual techniques to rebalance the energy in the energy channels, unblocking the circulation of lymph and blood and encouraging the production of new cells. Thanks to the skillful work of our staff and the use of specially designed oils and creams, stasis is counteracted, and energy is released.

RELAXING TAO

YIN & YANG

This path includes all-embracing manual techniques to bring a new balance between the Yin and Yang energies. Nothing is absolute and everything is in constant movement, like day and night; like our inhalations and exhalations; and like the rhythms and seasons of the universe, which follow one another in eternal renewal. This is a path to follow to find new, substantial balance in the many dualities that must exist harmoniously within us.

THE VALLEY OF QI

Our life is regulated by the movement of Qi, the vital energy that flows within us. Tensions, resentment, worries and many of the emotions we experience in excess, change this energy flow, and have consequences on our health. Anger leads to an ascending Qi, brooding or worry slows it down, fear causes it to decrease, and sadness dissolves it. This path winds its way through active and stimulating procedures and manual techniques to relieve muscular tension and reduce cortisol levels, while at the same time stimulating the production of endorphins that relieve cramps and pain. These innovative techniques are designed to eliminate muscular-skeletal tension and activate muscular awakening and the restoration of Vital Energy.

LING SHU

Ling Shu, translated as “Spiritual Pivot”, indicates a door hinge that supports the alternate and regulated opening and closing of a well-guarded door. The door represents our psycho-emotional sphere, the most subtle and impalpable of all. Enveloping, intense maneuvers combined with the vibrations of Tibetan bells, relax and de-stress, and directly influence the well-being of our body, mind, and emotions, allowing us to reach a state of deep rebalancing.

This wonderful journey begins with a specific head treatment, a unique pleasure which includes cocooning manual techniques to lighten the mind and enhance psycho-physical well-being. Our skin undergoes a natural process of renewal, although this is long and slow. Factors such as ageing, pollution, stress, or excessive exposure to the sun, however, slow down this natural process of cell turnover, giving the skin a lacklustre appearance and a rough texture to the touch. Exfoliation is therefore necessary to stimulate this renewal process, to detoxify and purify the skin, and to activate microcirculation. The flowers and fruits of our lemon groves contained in the scrub & peeling used are precious allies in offering our customers new, regenerated, compact, and luminous skin.
